VTT Ventures sells its shares of Awanic Oy to Nordic Healthcare Group
Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) buys 40% of shares of Awanic Oy that develops safety and risk management solutions. The sellers include VTT Ventures Ltd and private owners.
Awanic Oy is known especially for its Haipro – system that reports, tracks and manages adverse events and potentially dangerous situations that have to do with patience security. It is widely used by both private and public sector users nationally.
According to the Managing Director of NHG Vesa Kämäräinen this deal will strengthen both NHG’s and Awanic’s position in the fast developing social and healthcare market.
