Challenge: Delivering of health potential of rye bran in convenient snack product with high consumer acceptance

Solution: Rye bran was combined with omega-3 fatty acids in an extruded snack product. By careful selection of raw materials and processing conditions an attractive and stabile flavour profile was achieved.
