Solution: VTT and Rocla developed a forklift utilising radio frequency identification technology (RFID) that recognizes its load automatically.

Key benefits:

RFID tags can be read regardless of any dirt, snow or ice on the tag from as far as 3-4 metres.

More flexible work, eliminating unnecessary work stages.

Reduction of recording errors, always up-to-date information on the tag.

The information is automatically transferred to ERP or WMS systems.
