Challenge: Developing a systematic innovation management process and a more proactive technology strategy process.
Solution: VTT mapped the strengths and weaknesses of SMC's innovation process, and a series of well-focused development activities were conducted based on the results. The new technology strategy process was developed as a cross-functional activity.
