Challenges

In order to produce better performing buildings and infrastructure which meet customer requirements, we have several challenge areas inside construction industry. We need new integrated delivery methods and new partnering models. ICT is a growing possibility in construction, but for utilization it’s necessary to develop processes on wide area, which are e.g. design management, project management, site planning and supply chains. New process planning tools provide better possibility to recognise process and site risks at early phase but especially to benefit BIM information directly and quickly in process planning and management..  

Solutions

We develop new business process solutions for construction industry. Methods are based on Business process reengineering, Lean, JIT, and TQM ideas. It’s possible to benefit methods which other industries hade adopted earlier like mass customisation, strategic alliances. In the future new service models and processes will be the trends in construction sector. Processes must be more effective as well as sustainable.
