The way service business operations are organized is a key factor when assessing the impacts of service business to the company. Here we consider organization broadly as a service business network including service provider's customer, suppliers and partners that contribute to realization of the services. Ultimately, a service is the outcome of all parties' efforts. To assess the impacts of the service to a certain company, e.g., the service provider, it is essential to assess its position in the service provision network. The distribution of service work and other responsibilities between the parties in the network affects to the earning opportunities and risk factors of a single company.
