Accompanying person's (ICSTI members only) fees include the conference dinner, Helsinki City reception and a visit to the Arabia homeware (design china tableware, brand since 1873) factory and shop in the Arabiakeskus in Helsinki.

  • Cancellation before April 28, 2010: cancellation fee is 100 euro.
  • Cancellation from April 28 to May 12, 2010: cancellation fee is 50% of the price.
  • Cancellation after May 12, 2010: the whole price will be charged.
  • You may change the name of the participant during all the registration period, provided the new participant comes from the same organization as the one who has cancelled.

N.B. See the registration form for cancellation terms of the post-conference trip to Tallinn and visit to Suomenlinna. They differ from the above.

Registration desk

The registration desk is located in the hall of the hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki, Mannerheimintie 50 (map). Information about the opening times of the desk from June 8 to June 11, 2009, will be given later.
