For the Conference participants, rooms at reduced rates are available in a choice of four hotels. They are all situated in the Helsinki City centre, within an easy walking distance of the Finlandia Hall.

Please make the bookings directly with the hotel of your choice by phone or e-mail, and give the booking code NWBC (Hotel Arthur and the two Sokos hotels) or VTT221012 (Scandic Continental).

It is important to notice that the reduced room rates are not available if the booking is done through the on-line www booking services of the hotels.
