How to buy

VTT Performance Enzymes are accessible to customers under the general conditions concerning the delivery and use of the enzymes. Customer accepts the terms and conditions of VTT Material Transfer Agreement by placing an order to VTT.

VTT Performance Enzymes are purchased directly from VTT. For placing an order or enquiring further information, please contact raija.lantto@vtt.fi.

Delivery conditions

The enzymes are delivered frozen in a buffer or as freeze-dried. Other delivery methods shall be agreed separately by VTT and the customer. Shipments comply with international regulations concerning transport of biological material. Delivery of frozen preparations usually takes place by a courier and freeze-dried by normal mail. VTT assumes no liability for damage or injuries resulting from transportation.

Prices and invoicing

For prices of our enzymes, click here. For new customers the invoices are mailed after ordering and the enzyme preparation is delivered after the payment has been recognized. For established customers the invoices are mailed after delivery.

Disclaimer

The customer assumes all risks and responsibility related with the safe storage, handling and use of the received enzymes. VTT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages of the enzyme preparations or reduction or disappearance of the enzyme activity arising from the misuse or mishandling of the enzymes.

Complaints

Complaints about non-activity can be accepted only if they reach VTT Performance Enzymes within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery from VTT presupposing that the customer has handled, stored and used the enzymes with proper competence.
