Paper Submission

All NORDTRIB 2016 abstracts are now reviewed and all submitting authors have been informed about the results.

The deadline for full papers is 15th of March, 2016. All papers will be peer-reviewed.

Please note that independently of whether you have submitted the full paper or not, the oral and poster presentations are accepted based on the abstracts submitted and are scheduled in the conference program. You can check the schedule for your presentation in the preliminary programme found at the conference website.

Information about the acceptance of the full papers in the conference proceedings will be sent in a due course. AFTER THE CONFERENCE, the scientific committee will select the full papers recommended to be submitted to special issues of the following journals: Tribology International, Wear, Journal of Engineering Tribology and Tribologia - Finnish Journal of Tribology. The papers will then be subjected to a normal peer-review process of each journal.

Selected and presented full papers will be offered to be published in peer-reviewed journals; Tribology International, Wear, Journal of Engineering Tribology and Tribologia - Finnish Journal of Tribology.

Poster info !!

The posters are normal paper, produced by the presenter. The only guideline is the poster size (A0 - 841 x 1189 mm) and orientation (vertical). Other than that you are free to design your poster’s layout the way you like. All you need to bring is your poster (you need to print it yourself). There will be available the attachment pins (small needles) and the poster stands (hard boards in stands), onto which the paper posters are to be mounted by the poster presenter. One stand will be for two posters (one poster per side).
